  1. How often does Nursing Home Negligence occur?

Unfortunately a lot in Kansas. The newspapers report unsatisfactory survey results on a regular basis. 1.6 million Americans live in nursing homes in this country. A 1998 study by a U.S. Government (GAO) Agency found that more half of all deaths in nursing homes (of a suspicious nature) were due to nursing home neglect. Larry Wall knows not all deaths are ruled suspicious. If your loved one died in a nursing home and you have questions you should act not wait for a government survey to occur years later, you deserve answers today.

  2. What should I look for if I suspect Nursing Home Negligence?

Any of the following signs are clear warnings and must be investigated:
    A)  Bed Sores–Pressure Ulcers–Decubitus
    B)  Unexplained bleeding from the vagina or rectum
    C)  Broken Bones--Black Eyes--Bruises--Abrasions
    E)  Falls – Slips -- Trips when alone or  witnessed

Larry Wall knows how to read between the lines of the “care” home’s record. He wants to help end this national tragedy. You have to call to report it, your loved one can not make the call.

  3. What if my loved one was near the end of life?

All of our loved friends and relatives deserve care and respect. The fact that a person is “old” is no excuse. Everyone has the right to be free of abuse. Many of these victims can serve as a warning bell to the owners of these “care” homes if their friends and relatives act. Not all cases are abuse but unless you investigate you will never know.  Larry Wall will listen and will help if he thinks you should act. Often the cost of a review is just a few hundred dollars. If you have a case this cost may be absorbed by Larry Wall. Call for details!

If you or someone you love has been wrongfully harmed due to medical malpractice or wrongful death anywhere in Kansas, you need an experienced medical malpractice / wrongful death lawyer like Larry Wall on your side to help you get the compensation you deserve.
